That's because scientific proof is devoid of any human persuasion.
Bouvier's Law Dictionary 1867 edition:
Judicial proof = the conviction or persuasion of the mind of a judge or jury, by the exhibition of evidence, of the reality of a fact alleged; as, to prove, is determined or persuaded that a thing does nor does not exist.
The laws of nature operate in a specific way - not subject to human thought, emotions, or subjective interpretation.

Proof is arriving at a logical conclusion, based on the available evidence.
Proof = evidence sufficient to establish a thing as true.
Proof = A conclusion drawn from a repeatable observation that does not violate Ockham’s razor.
Ockham’s razor = the problem-solving principle that, when presented with competing hypothetical answers to a problem, one should select the one that makes the fewest assumptions.
Empirical = indicates information gained by means of observation, experience, or experiments.

Scientific evidence = results when a theory or hypothesis is tested objectively by other individuals such as in an experiment or in a controlled environment.
Scientific evidence = is evidence which serves to either support or counter a scientific theory or hypothesis. Such evidence is expected to be empirical evidence and in accordance with the scientific method.
